A Daily Practi2e
Tuesday evenings 7:00 - 8:30pm
with Gen Kelsang Suma

Following a spiritual path means cultivating a strong wish to grow goodness (virtue) in our minds and lives, understanding that the harvest of positive actions is happiness. It also implies working to overcome negative actions and tendencies, as these only compound our problems and future suffering. We can do all of this by sincerely engaging in the following practices in our daily lives.

April 22
Faith (Part 1): What can I really count on?

April 29
Faith (Part 2): Eyes that see beyond.

May 6
Sense of conscience: What's the right thing to do?

May 13
Sense of consideration: We're sharing this space!

May 20
Non-Attachment (Part 1): What you see is not what you get!

May 27
Non-Attachment (Part 2): The key to contentment.

June 3
Love (Part 1): What is this thing called love.

June 10
Love (Part 2): The alchemy of love.

June 17
Effort (Part 1): Effort, the missing ingredient?

June 24
Effort (Part 2): Powering up.

Each class includes a guided meditation, a teaching and plenty of time for discussion.

No previous knowledge/experience is necessary... just drop in.

The cost is $10 per class.
