Wishfulfilling Jewel and Lamrim meditation

Monday-Saturday, 4:45 - 6:00pm
Sunday 8:15 - 9:15am (with tsog)

This is the heart practice of Kadampa Buddhism. It has two parts. The first is a special Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa in which we visualize our Spiritual Guide as Je Tsongkhapa, himself a manifestation of the Wisdom Buddha Manjushri. The second part invokes Je Tsongkhapa's Dharma Protector, Dorje Shugden, asking him to overcome obstacles to our practice and create conditions that nurture and increase our Dharma realizations. The Wishfulfilling Jewel puja is combined with 20 minutes of meditation on one of the 21 Lamrim meditations, also known as stages of the path to enlightenment.
